Pickup & Delivery
Ask a team member for pricing. If multiple trips are needed to the same location, additional fees may apply.
Diagnostic Fees
Whether repaired or not, all units will be subject to a 30-minute diagnostic fee. Ask a team member for details.
Non-Running Units
Non-running units may be subject to an additional fee upon pickup (including dead battery, flat tires, drive system failure, engine not running, stuck in yard, or anything else that inhibits getting a unit into our trailer)
Delayed Equipment Pick-Up
Units not picked up after 10 business days will be charged a $5 per day fee.
Invoices
All invoices must be paid before equipment can be picked up or delivered.
Equipment We Do Not Service
We work on most major equipment brands. We do not service or repair any battery-powered equipment or Craftsman lawn/snow equipment. If you have questions, ask a team member.
